Why was my question moved?

I created this thread this afternoon...

It is now marked moved and I was wondering why.

I had posted it on the DVC board because there are a number of people on the DVC board who do not go to the CB and I wanted to make sure to include them. Was this not the right thing to do?

You would need to ask the mods on the DVC board. I would imagine they considered it off topic, but can't be sure.
