I agree DCLFUN, I felt like sending something back and saying "well could you put me on that "random" list then?? " A loyalty type of program would be nice, they can track how many visits you have had so that would not be hard. I hate when "good offers" are only out there for new customers / clients its like that from everything to cell phone service to sat. television etc. They will advertise a really good offer and if you already have that service you can not get the deal because you have had the service

I kinda got into it one day with someone from directv, I didnt want to be confrontational with the person but I ended up telling him, I am a paying customer and we are the ones that keep your system running, you want new customers to come in but you should reward the ones that you already have as well..needless to say it did no good, but I felt better when I "vented" a little bit
