Why so short

I was just browsing online and saw that there was a 2011 dining plan list. But WOW the list is short... did they take some of the resturants off the list, or have some not confirmed yet for the upcoming year?

This happens every yr, it will be late Dec before anything is actually finalized.. Normally most restaurants get on board by then. It always scares me too!
