Why no AP rates left the 1st wk of May?

Anyone know what's going on the 1st week of May? Is it normally a time for cheerleaders or high school band contests? I tried to switch my ressies and all moderates are booked with no discounts, but ASSP & ASMU had AP rates - what's up? I thought this was a slower time, especially with Easter being so early this year.
