I just saw another photo where they were apparently painting it back to blue...IDK. It's odd though.

Well at least its not Pink

I believe it's a primer.

They'll be painting the blue over it, and the metallic from the primer makes the blue appear shinier/brighter/more metallic.

At least that's what I remember from art class.

I don't know... it might be cool to have it pink and then turn blue and then back to pink and then blue again. Then again, that would probably be more appropriate for the one at Disneyland...

They have better things to do "strange designs" to, that's why we have the costumes for the Festival of Fantasy parade.

back to blue? the turrets are already blue... maybe just a retouching job gone to the extreme?
