Why is November 18th dinner price higher at Crystal Palace?

We have ADR at CP on Sun., Nov. 18th. Why is the price higher than normal price? I think the CM said it was $31 or $32? Do they raise prices for Thanksgiving week?

Disney has implemente "holiday dining" prices this year. They've identified a certain time period around major holidays and raised the price of buffets and family style meals
