Why is Feb 4 a 7 on the crowd calendars?

What am I missing? I know it is a Friday but it isn't a holiday weekend and there is school in Orange County and LA that day. The days before are all 1s. I recognize that the Super Bowl is that Sunday in Texas but should that somehow impact Friday in California? I am so confused.
