Why is DVC rooms available to public but not members?

Have you waitlisted for the days you wanted? The waitlist is a valuable tool and often is successful. People's plans change all the time. It costs nothing to try, and since you have part of your days, there's an excellent chance the rest will come up in that length of time.

When did you manage to book those dates as Dec 4th and 7th are hard to come by at the moment. Also which type of rooms did you get? I take this was on points?

I booked those dates a few days ago. And yes, I'm hoping the waitlist will come through. If not, at least we get 4 days, and we'll have to stay at SSR for the other 4.

Thats od as quite a few of us have been on waitlists for those dates since January What room types do you have?

2 ni. value studio, 2 ni. one bedroom value. I think you have to get all your dates matched for the waitlist to be filled

You can waitlist either for all nights or for them individually. I am surprised as I was told there were no studios of any type when I called a while ago

But there will be MVMCP, the castle should have the beautiful lights and there will be the Osborne lights! DDiL can't take off between Thanksgiving and NY, so we're going then, the week before Thanksgiving!

I believe by popularity and availability, studios and 2 bedrooms are the most popular. There seems to be 1 bedrooms available when others are gone. This seems by my experiences. I think right now developer points are being used by members instead for repairs and the like, I believe that means more demand right now.
