Why is Disney building better rides in there other parks rather than in Florida!

It amazes me that the most visited theme park is in Florida and we are getting short changed. Has anyone seen the new Pirates of the Carribean in Shanghai oh i forgot where in the USA where we pay more to get into the parks to fund better rides somewhere else. Typical american corporation!!!!!

I do agree with you. It seems that Disney is keeping DL California nostalgic and everything that Disney is supposed to be about while making the parks in Florida a direct competition with Universal (pulling the classic Disney out). Pretty soon Mickey will no longer be available for meet and greets in Florida. It seems that the focus of the Asian parks, particularly Shanghai, is being top notch. Better rides, better pins, better merchandise all around. Pins in general are crap in America while pins available in Paris and Asian parks are super fabulous.

I forgot to mention the roller coaster built based on tron. Also the rides at Universal are some of the most tecnologically advanced rides ever built why is the case when Disney has tons of money. The theming of Harry Potter blows away anything disney has.

I have to say I was recently at Universal Orlando and was so impressed with all the Harry Potter technology. I did actually question why Disney is not updating their parks. But they are building some new areas and hopefully they will be better.

Yes i agree that is why competition is good i have to ask the question though would they be building these new areas in there parks if not for the success of Harry Potter i say no!!
