Why doesn't Disney Do This?

I just discovered your site and wondered why Disney does not have a message board like this one. Why wouldn't they take advantage of all the input, suggestions and help that I see being provided by caring Disney lovers. Am I wrong or does this apprear to be a huge, "missed" opportunity by WDW?

Along with all of the positive info we would find - there would also be negative. I don't think they would want that on their site.

They do get the information they need. They just read DIS. No need to make a great place for people to complain at them.

I see your point, but everything has its good and bad. I would think that they know these boards already exist and could take advantage of the input that is provided. Just seems that people come even when they read or hear negative stuff, so why not promote all the positive that is written.
