Why does it take so long for these programs to respond to everything?

Do you think that they just deliberately don't do anything for up to several weeks when you cash out so they don't have to part with the money? Why don't they respond to emails? Do you think they just don't have anybody to respond or do they deliberately ignore you? I am just wondering, cuz I don't think it should take so long for them to do these things.

I think they wait until they get their money from the sponsors before they give us our cut. But, I do think that they ignore emails!
