why does a Disney/DVC stay feel so good?

Some of my happiest and wonder filled moments have taken place at a DVC. Upon arrival an indescribably joyous feeling comes over me. My children are so excited to be "home" again and we all know that so much magic awaits us. It never gets old. I feel rejuvenated and restored by my DVC vacations. The resorts are just beautiful and are full of wonderful sights, sounds and smells. There is no place happier than a DVC resort.

Wow - "all of the above" for us! We are both retired and bought DVC 7 years ago thinking we would enjoy it with our kids and grandchildren, but school and sports schedules keep getting in the way. We have taken them all through the years at different times but have discovered the times we go by ourselves (we are 65 and 68) are so much fun and we really love it - laid back, do what we want when we want, eat at different restaurants each time, no running from ride to ride, etc. We love the F&WF, F&GF, Halloween Party, early December, and even Labor Day (low crowds). I no longer dread the "What - you are going to Disney again" comments. It truly is our Happy Place.
