I just have to say that the Characters in Adventureland are some of the most animated ones we met. Hook and Smee do great character interaction.
Love the pic, I didn't know you could do the siggy thing for it. Darnit!

It was so much fun watching them. Yes, if you get a pic done by PhotoPass of just about any meet and greet, they give you the option of adding their siggie. However, sadly, we didn't get to any other meet and greets mainly because we went to the character buffets and were happy with those.

Yay! I am finally caught up! I have been away so long it took me an hour to get thru the 25 pages I missed. Sorry I've been gone so long, but I guess I burned myself out and needed a break. So glad to be back with my friends! I expect a co-starring role in the near future!

I'm so glad you came back and caught up! I missed you. I hope you're all set for work and are able to come back soon... And, of course, you'll be co-starring in a future update. I just don't know what that will be...

I like the original castle best. The cake castle makes me feel sick, like I ate too much frosting. The gold one was awful tacky.

I am sad that I won't get to see the wand up at Epcot though. I thought it added a magical touch to the ball.

DM I love those pics w/ Brooke she is so cute. Almost makes me want to have a little girl! But than the boys wake up and I remember why I have 2 kids! J/K I wouldn't trade my little angels for anything!!
And that pink cake castle!!! I can see how at first it would be like oh WOW a huge birthday cake and then 2 seconds later...UGH!! The magic just wasn't in that thing!!!!

When I heard that they are taking (or did they already take it down) down the wand from Spaceship Earth I was sad. I really liked that Mickey hand with the wand and agree that it added a magical touch! The "plain big ball" was just that - plain. This was one time that I think Disney changed it for the better. I'm hoping they do something nice in place of it instead of leaving it "empty".

Ah...the "little girl" syndrome. I always wanted a little girl. I was ecstatic when Evan was born, of course, because he was my first born and I didn't care if he was a boy or girl. We had plans for only 2 kids so when we found out that Alec would be a boy, I admit that I was a tad disappointed. But God gave me a real Mama's boy with him and he is such a cuddler! I would never ever trade him in. But we decided to give it that one more try and we were blessed with our daughter. Now the tubes are ligated and we're DONE!!!

That story of the mom at the Imagination pavilion reminds me of the lady that ran my family down so she could beat us to Alice and the Mad Hatter and we saw that her kid didn't even give a hoo-ha about those characters! But my sister and I are big kids and don't mind the little ones that get ahead of us, it's their moms and dads that drive me crazy!

Great picture of all you guys at Norway! Too bad about not getting to ride Maelstrom, but woo hooty for a nice margarita!

And yet another DIS meet the next day! Wow! That picture on Splash Mountain is priceless! Your little one in the middle looks like he's gonna flip right outta there!

Love the Captain Hook video! That's a great picture of them with Smee and Captain Hook also!

Your are forgetting the 100 Years of Magic in 2001, That would be a 25th & 100th & 50th party all in 8 yrs. Yes only at disney.

Just to make sense to others:
25th Birthday was for Disney World's Magic kingdom Park

100 Years of Magic was I believe for Would have been Walt Disney's 100th birthday

50th Celebration was for Disneyland's Magic Kingodm Park Birthday.

Umm, Now that you mention it I did here about a Stitch Castle that was what 2003/2004 Anyone have a picture.

Yes, my hair went all the way down to my butt at one point. Then I got daring and chopped it. I'm in the process of regrowing it longer now but not that long.

Not a big deal not riding Maelstrom then. It would have been nice but it was even nicer meeting some of my DIS buddies and having that margarita baaaaaaaaby!
