we were neighbors! We were there from June 25 - July 7 in room 1417, which faced building 18. Our friends were there from June 24 - June 30 in room 1813.

Been lurking and enjoying this TR for a few days now and just caught up. Great TR...Cuuute kids!
I'm always glad when someone comes out from lurking. So here's your official welcome to my thread! I'm also glad you are enjoying it and I hope you continue to enjoy it for months to come...

Yum, your desserts all look super yummy. Dessert is my favourite part of the meal as well.

Glad to hear that the computer is all fixed although it really sucks that it cost $300.
Yes, the $300 put a hole in my pocket but my computer is running wonderfully now. It is so much faster. I can't believe that McAfee totally sucked out and let them hackers in.

We absolutely were neighbors. If you were facing building 18 our room was facing right back at you...room 1806! Do you remember the tree that looked like it broke in half between the 2 buildings? I took pictures of that...coming up some time in the next month or so...

You'll have to look at some of resort pics when I post them to see if you're in any of them. Hey! You weren't that obnoxious family with Pop Century refillable mugs at the drink station were you? If you were, I mean, the nice family...

sorry that Evan's steak was "bad". But it looked good in the picture. So did the rest of the meal and dessert. LOL at the mousse. Haley and Ryan had the chocolate mousse at Boma our first night at AKL and they didn't like it. Tasted it and you could taste the rum in it. Very strong.
Brooke looked so cute sleeping in her Daddy's arms.

What is the moose made of???

And I prefer more often updates...since you asked and all! ;)

Wow 2 updates DM :faint: Love the sleeping Brookie so sweet and sorry totally OT but did you know we call binkies or what ever you call them Dummies :rotfl: So pleased you enjoyed your meal can't wait to go there and I now know you can substitute :thumbsup2 And I agree with Jen I want to know all about the moose :)

Love the update DM & I know you loved the Moose!!!
& I like more frequent updates Too!!...Oh God I hope Trentmom isn't reading she will be expecting an Update from Me :lmao: :lmao:

Yup! This is definitely a short update but I got it out sooner than I normally would.
So, you can either get long updates that come out every 4 or 5 days or you can get short
updates every day or 2. Which would you prefer? Maybe I shouldn’t ask that question
because I like the short updates. Hee hee.

I like short updates more often, but that's just me.. ;)

Do you know how it happened?

"Dummies"... I'll have to remember that! I was always so impressed with myself that I knew what you called the "boot" and the "bonnet" of a car ... comes from reading all those "Harliquin Romances" as a teenager... they all seemed to take place in Great Britian! :lmao:

DM-
I loved your Le Cellier pics. We eat there every trip and it never disappoints. I cannot wait to go back!:)

Your kids seem really sweet--and I really love the pic of Brooke sleeping in her daddy's arms. So cute!

I look forward to reading more!popcorn::

His steak did look delicious. It was too bad, but mine was good good good! Brooke was a daddy's girl in Disney World and I didn't mind one bit. Less on me to be concerned with, well kinda...

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy!
No...I believe it's YUMMO! ;)

DM, What was that sticking out of the moose's mouth:confused3
It's your basic chocolate mousse. The ears and tongue are made out of twill cookies. The eyes and nose were, I believe, M&M's (Brookie ate them too). The mousse part of it was rolled in a dark chocolate cookie crumb.

Just don't get used to that many updates at once ;) but I'll do my best to do short updates more often. Dummies? Never heard of that one. We call them binkies here or, when we are acting all grown up (which isn't often) we call them pacifiers.

Love the update DM & I know you loved the Moose!!!

I think you're doing a good job at updating! Don't let her bully you! :upsidedow

Do you know how it happened?
:confused3
Apparently McAfee and Norton are susceptible to hackers now but they won't let you know that. I didn't quite understand what the tech guy was saying but he says this Panda security is the best ever.

DM Norton and McAfee stink. I won't discuss what happened with Norton and I but we no longer have a relationship. The PC's in the house have AVG. The thing with Norton and McAfee is there are loopholes to each and to many glitches. It also slows a computer down.

Le Cellier Dinner

It’s time for my most favorite part of any meal….DESSERT!

banana chips. . I took one out and attempted to bite it and it was
very hard

Yes, I don't like banana chips either--maybe it's a Canadian thing...
And now it’s time for my dessert. I ordered the Chocolate “Moose” and it came out as cute
as everyone has posted before. Plus it was very very yummy.
 Yea! I won! Do I get a mousse too??? (cause it looks great!)

Hey Jo--
Dummies?? As in, fake breasticles???:rotfl2: What do you call implants??
I called pacifiers "passies" .
(glad that stage is over--BA kept one till 3 1/2)

YUM, finally the desserts! I like more frequent updates, too! Who in the world has ever put a banana chip on an ice cream sundae? And were they rationing your DS's chocolate sauce?:rotfl:

your TR is great! I need more!!! Your kids are SOOO cute! Brooke looks almost identical to my niece and Alec has the cutest cheeks I think I've ever seen. I'm sorry his steak "tasted awful," poor kid. I do that same thing all the time though...my niece and nephew are always complaining that they don't want to eat something because it smells funny or looks funny and I always force them to eat it but my nephew has a very sensitive sense of smell and starts to gag if something with a strong scent is in front of him too long so I don't torture him too much. His sister is like a Hoover though and will suck down anything you put in front of her, she just has to complain to try and one up her brother ;)

I had made reservations at Le Cellier but I cancelled them and changed us over to San Angel instead. The four of us going on the trip compared the menu's and it just seemed that there was more stuff on San Angel's menu that we liked as opposed to the Le Cellier menu...maybe next trip.

Can't wait for more! :yay:

Yay DM!!!! Love the update!

And I LOVED the creme brulee---- Of course that's what Ryan got; and I got the Moose... I just thought it was okay--- definately good, but a little too chocolaty to me!

And yes, to refer to a response you just posted... it's YUMMO!!!

You're right about the loopholes. Very very bad. I'll be keeping this computer for awhile now but the next one maybe maybe maybe a MAC.

Yes, I don't like banana chips either--maybe it's a Canadian thing...
I dunno...:confused3 I never ate dessert in the "real" Canada.

 Yea! I won! Do I get a mousse too??? (cause it looks great!)
You're not the only one who guess it. Plus, Courtney new what we both ordered!

I called pacifiers "passies" .

I hate the binkie. My boys quit theirs by age 4 months and they didn't even really suck on one anyway. Brooke was a "sucker". In fact, and I'm probably giving TMI, she sucked on me so hard the first couple of days that I was raw. The nurse had to take her away and gave her a gloved pinkie finger to suck on (no more binkies in the hospital) just to give me a rest. She is addicted to it now and we try very hard not to let her take it when we go out. In Disney World, however, we knew that schedules and what not were blown to heck so the binkie helped at some times.

YUM, finally the desserts! I like more frequent updates, too! Who in the world has ever put a banana chip on an ice cream sundae? And were they rationing your DS's chocolate sauce?:rotfl:
I didn't notice not enough chocolate sauce. The boys never complained about their sundaes, and they got them at every sit-down meal!!!

Kids can be funny with their sensory issues. Evan has/had quite a few but that is common for preemies. I have to admit that I have a sensitive sense of smell. I hate going into places like Bath & Body Works because it's just too many smells going on and I get headaches. I once complained in the hospital because a nurse had too much perfume on and it made me gag. But that's me...

We originally had an ADR for San Angel but cancelled that one and made one for Garden Grill instead for the kiddos. I heard too many negative things about San Angel and I thought the kids wouldn't like it so much anyway.

Yay DM!!!! Love the update!

I really like chocolate. Give me chocolate mousse anyday baby. Of course, key lime pie is my most favorite of all!!!

Yes, AE nursed 24/7 (which was really tough when I had to go back to work back then--but she would never take a bottle or a passie so I nursed for 15 months. So, when I had BA, I told the hospital nurses to get her a passie ASAP! She learned her colors by her pacifier colors! And she would carry one in her hand and one in her mouth--my dad said she reminded him of someone addicted to cigs!:rotfl2:

I'm extremely sensitive--any smoke, perfume, or candle smell gives me an instant headache. No one in my family is allowed to wear perfume, but the food smelly ones (like vanilla) don't bother me!

I asked a lady in B and B works "How do you work here with these smells??"
and she stared at me strangely and said "I don't smell anything."
