Oh please ... your flattering me!

I'm sure the guys with her are only seeing the front of her ... Thanks!

Oh SO many thoughts going through my head as I read this...:rotfl2:

I guess that's how her hair got messed up then....:lmao: :lmao:

Did you ever watch the show on VH1, Rock of Love..or something like that. This girl looks like the girl who ends up with Bret Michael from Poison.
Love the mall hair.;)

I have been thinking the same thing, just minus the red part. I liked Jess and was rooting for her. She was a pretty girl, too...hmm...DM said this girl was pretty...wonder if that's HER!

Lurking for 3 pages. Just saying hi. Was that Jo above? How's the EYEBALL Jo? Hope you're doing great!

OK, gotta go lurk over at Amy's TR and then Lessa's (I've fallen WAYYYYYY behind there....) and then over to FOCKER. I just had coffee so I'm good to go. Bye for now.

Mel

An Evening in Mexico

Hopes:
1. More PhotoPass pictures taken...:cool2:
2. Good lunch at Coral Reef...:upsidedow :)
3. My feet feel better with the blisters...:confused3
4. Good & fun dinner at Garden Grill
5. A meeting with the Dream Team

Wants:
1. Ride Soarin’...:cloud9:
2. Explore World Showcase
3. Get the kid’s pictures on a poster

Brookie and I made the long walk to Mexico. Okay, it took all of 4 minutes. No sign of Rob. I thought better than to go on past Mexico. So, I found yet another bench to plop down on. And we sat there. And waited yet again. Oh, another picture perfect moment.

Then I spotted her. No, not the same her as in Norway. Another her. A PhotoPass CM. And I was glad I had my PhotoPass card. I ran up to her and said, “Please take our picture!” And she was more than happy to, of course, as it’s the Disney way. I don’t like how these PhotoPass pics came out but I was darn tootin’ glad that I had some more. So here's one of them ...

And we went back and waited. I finally called Rob on his cell. He answered it. I was hoping that was good news. He said they were almost to Mexico. So I stood up looked over and there the boys were! Yea!

We all climbed the stairs and entered the Mexico pavilion. I love it in there. The atmosphere is so awesome. I tried to capture that atmosphere but pictures don’t do it justice ...

We went on over to the Three Cabelleros boat ride and hopped right on. Anyone ever have to wait for that? I didn’t think so. But it was cute and the kids enjoyed it. Don't they look just so joyful?

And now it was time to start our Kidcot stations. The kids colored their masks here and got their first little attachment. Boy, this was one busy Kidcot station. I imagine that it probably is because it’s one of the first countries from Future World.

When the kids were done with their masks they all got pressed pennies and we made our way to Norway. It was Maelstrom time!

I'm so excited about reading your info on the World Showcase. I bought a homeschooling book about the countries on eBay and we're incorporating our country study into our Scouts requirements for the month. Of course, you would know all that if you read my PTR.... just sayin';)
I'm sure all my spending money will be spent buying goodies in each country to supplement our school stuff. Can't! Wait!!!

you gotta love those photopass cm's

great update, though a little short. I guess we are doing this country by country now. :rotfl2:

Glad the boys found you.:thumbsup2

Aren't the kidcot stations wonderful? My girls loved them.:goodvibes

Love the pic of you and Brookie.

Actually we did! I don't know if you remember it in my T.R., but it had just started POURING and everyone flocked to this ride it seemed!

Has that Mexican boat ride improved? They were just going to work on it last March when we were there.

I used to get a kick out of the old ride. I loved how Disney depicted Mexico with the video of the people at the pool-bar getting all liquored up! :rotfl2:

I'll make a note not to even talk about you unless it's in a good way. or if it's on a TR you are not subbed on Jk ...
Good now make sure you do that :rotfl2:

Ahhhhhh! :scared: It means crazy (which is what you people are making me right now!), messed up, not right, etc. Wonky!!! :sad2: Know it! Embrace it! Use it!
Really I just thought it would mean one eye wasn't level with the other one :rotfl2:

DM I love the photo of you and Brookie, your hair looks great!

We never waited for the ride at Mexico either and Rob looks thrilled to be on it :rotfl2:

I thought about taking my DD to the Kidcot stations. Are they worth it? I know my DS wouldn't like it-no attention span. My DD is really into art and making things though.

I loved the pictures!

I like Mexico too. We always wanted to eat there, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

That's not true love. We ate at the one outside.

Nevermind her... she has the attention span of a 3 year old. :rotfl2:

Not really reading the PTR even though you are really trying hard. Sorry! But you know I'll be there for the TR. Absolutely positively will be there, pinkie promise!

Who you calling short? I like 'em short, my updates at least  ... Yep, country by country, at least for a few of them.

Glad the boys found you.:thumbsup2

I didn't remember. Too many to remember. But I'm thinking you were the exception ...

Why thank you Jo. My hair looked really strawberry blonde there didn't it? It's a bit darker now but since I've colored it has lightened back up.

I think Rob always has that look. He doesn't think he looks grumpy but he almost always does. :sad2:

I would say the boat ride got better just not that much better. The kids seemed to like it. If they request it next time, we'll do it. If not, then no big loss.

The first Kidcot station you go to is the longest because that is where you color the mask. From there, all you do is visit each country's station and get a little clip on and a stamp. It's really quick. Our kids loved them. They couldn't wait to get to the next country.

I would suggest it even for your son attention span. He can color as much or as little as he wants on the mask. The rest from there is easy!

Here's Evan's mask ...

...and the stamps from the countries. Bad image as I had to turn off the flash.

This is Evan's name in Chinese.

I keept seeing bad reviews for San Angel. Rob & I went there back in 1996 and didn't care for it then. But that was a long time ago and before kids. And I did not just read what you wrote about Lin ;) .

I love Mexico too!

Especially the shopping in there :thumbsup2

We missed that ride though :confused3

That's a cute picture of you and Brookie :goodvibes
