Why do I do this to myself- switching park days

I must be mental, I keep going over things to make them "better".

We are headed to WDW October 18 (Sunday) - October 22 (Wednesday). Last night I realized we can see all three fireworks shows if I switch our days. This would also help me avoid Epcot on a Sunday (food and wine festival).

Is this too much? We are hoping to do rope drop for each day except the last day. We have an ADR for CM so we will get to the park late. Tell me what you think about these plans:

Sunday 10-18- HS 4:15 pm ADR Raglan Road, EMH are going on this night, and Fantasmic (we have never seen this show)
Monday MK 6:15 ADR 1900 PF, Wishes will be happening this night
Tuesday Epcot 4:50 ADR TE , Illuminations will be happening this night
Wednesday AK 9:45 am ADR CM, we will depart by 5:00 pm to catch ME back to the airport to pick up our rental car and head for the beach

Does this sound like a good plan? I figured the early ADR at RR would give us plenty of time to get in line for Fantasmic to see the show.

My party consists of me, DH , MIL, DD11, and DS9 if this helps. We do not have hoppers on this trip.

If you are Renting a Car from one of the Bigger chains you might want to check the prices at Alamo from the DisneyCCC or Swan/Dolphin. I've always been told that the rentals from Airports are higher than from other sites.

I think you are mistaken. Oct 18th is a Saturday, MK has emh that day.
Now if you met to say Sunday Oct 19th then sure go ahead!
Ill be in MK on Monday the 20th too!

Oops! We arrive on that Saturday but our first park day is Sunday. My brain is fried from all of this. We won't actually hit the parks until Sunday due to late arrival (9 pm or after).

As far as the car rental goes, I have looked at both and right now the cheaper solution is to go back to MCO for pick up. Prices on site are much higher for our dates. Thanks for the suggestion tho!
