Why didn't I think of this before........

To save $400.00 this trip, DH and I went down from our cat. 10 to an 11 this time. We were lamenting about not having that "storage trunk" for all our "stuff". We already knew about the over the door shoe holder for all our toiletries. However, I knew there was not enough storage for 4 peoples t-shirts, shorts, etc. I bought one of those plastic "sweater holders" from Wal-mart, off the same isle as the shoe holder. It had 8 shelves, and hooked onto the closet rod. WORKED LIKE A DREAM!!!!!!!!!

Here's another help for several people/not enough space.....if your suitcase opens down the middle or is not really deep, you can store your suitcase under the bed. My hubbys suitcase is one of those hardsides that opens in the middle. He just opens it and slides it under the bed.....2 large drawers all for him, just like he packed at home!!!

We had 1 BIG suitcase, but most of our luggage is the "duffle bag" style. I just emptied all of them, and put them inside the HUGE suitcase, and slid it all under the bed.
