Why did they get rid of grab and go sandwiches and salads?

As reported on allears. Seems like with free dining you would want to keep all food purchasing options open to help out with lines. The additional buffets seem like a good solution so at least they seem on top of it.

haven't been to allears yet... where did they do away with these?

i have been hankering for the turkey/cheese/craisin sandwich from pop century and praying that ASMu has it or else i was gonna hike over to pop (via bus) just for that! say it's not true!

okay, i just read at allearsnet... it doesn't say anything about pop's grab 'n go... and it says "merchandise locations" which means WHAT exactly?

The stores at these locations stocked a small selection of grab and go foods (i.e. sandwiches / salads) so you could pick them up from the fridge in the store instead of going into the food court.

According to Allears, the store will no longer carry these items.

I am confident however, that the food courts will continue to sell the same items they have before.

*whew* i was HOPING that's what it meant!! so the foodcourt grab 'n go section will remain the same?!
