Okay, so I started Atkins a few weeks ago at the recommendation of my dr (believe it or not). So, I have to say, its going pretty good. I'm off to a decent start. The problem is, I'm going in just a few weeks and I don't know how I am going to survive. I think that being 100% faithful is just setting myself up for a major fall and when I fall, I fall HARD
. So, I was thinking, maybe one "cheat" a day. Or making a list of the things that I will allow myself.... Like I really, really, have wanted to try Tonga Toast for so long.... I don't know- what would you do? Or what have you done? We're on DDP and I don't think the main meals will be that hard- just the snacks.... Any advise would be appreciated!!
