Why can't I retrieve & cancel ressies online?

So what gives? I have been able to make ressies online with no problem but every time I try to retrieve or cancel one I get a message that says:

"We are currently experiencing problems displaying reservations. Apologies for any inconvenience."

Is it just me or is the system always like this? Is the only way to cancel a ressie to call?? :confused3
 
I've been able to retrieve a list of my ADRs from the Disney website, but have NOT been able to cancel anything online. I select the "Cancel" link, and this takes me to another screen - it's blank and nothing ever comes up. Then I can't navigate away from this screen, and end up having to close out the window and go back into the Disney website. Pain. In. The. Rear.

Yes, I have also tried to cancel last night and it pulls up all my ressies but then it goes to a error type of screen when I cancel. However, I had no problem with this last week. Since my trip is not for awhile, I am sure it will be up and running soon, and can wait it out and cancel when things are all working properly.
