Why can't I reserve Xcaret or Tulum?

Went on DCL's site and did all my 90 day reservations (Palo, excursions, spa), but I was interested in the Xcaret or Tulum excursion for Cozumel and it wasn't listed. Surely it couldn't be filled already, right? :confused3

I did email DCL, but don't know how long it will take to hear back. Does anyone here have any info? THANKS!
 
If it doesn't show up then it's booked.

Keep trying back, sometimes people cancel. Also try while you are onboard.

I had the same problem when do the reservatsion at 3 AM for our cruise in Aug. I got all the times for Palo for tea, brunch, and dinner, but those tours never appeared. Call DCL and tell them. I did that, they reserved it for me, and finally did show up on the list. I doubt either one will sell out. Good luck.
 
Thanks for the quick replies. I think I will give them a call directly. It just seemed odd that it could be filled already ... unless all of concierge is planning the same excursion ... lol. Anyone have DCL's phone number for this type of thing?
 


Just got off the phone with them. There seems to be some glitches. Call 1-800-951-3532. But I was told to call Monday-Fri from 9-5 Eastern time to get a reservation CM specific to the shore excursions. Those specialists are not there on the weekend. Are you cruising the Western Oct 21-27?
