Why can't I price AK villa?

Hi- trying to price out an Animal Kingdom Villa for August 2013. It keeps saying that the date or party size isn't available and gives me the Poly instead. Any idea why??

Typically, Disney will release the cash villas into the CRO inventory 9-10 months in advance. You're too early. Wait another month or so and then keep checking.

What I've done is pick a hypothetical time during the same disney "season" which is available and run the numbers just to get a ballpark estimate of how much it'll cost.

I've been trying to do the same thing...guess I'll try again in a few months.
