Why can't I get on the member website??

Okay - granted, it has been a few months since I logged on to the member website, but for some reason, I can't get in today - and of course member services is already closed - so here's my question(s)-

1) Why on earth do I need to reenter my club-id and my pin. I did this way back in 2004 or 2005 and have never had any trouble since then!

2) What the heck IS my club id??? I know it isn't my member number - is it my contract number? I tried that and it didn't seem to work :-(

3) Anyone else have this problem???

DVC has made some recent changes to the web site.

2) What the heck IS my club id??? I know it isn't my member number - is it my contract number? I tried that and it didn't seem to work :-(

It is a unique ID number used for website access.

3) Anyone else have this problem???

Many have reported the same problem. Deleting your browsers cookies has been reported as a possible fix.

Call Member Services tomorrow and they will walk you through getting back on the site.
