Why can't a DVC deed be split?

I've been trying to figure out what's stopping someone from splitting their DVC deed into two or more pieces. I can't find anything in with the declaration of condominium documents and associated member agreements and so forth that says that only DVD has the right to split up a Unit into undivided interests. Have I missed something? Is there something inherent in the legal description? Is it in Florida timeshare law?

It's obvious that Disney can split and combine contracts, but if they are the only ones that can, they need an explicit legal authority to do so, or some kind of contractual "poison pill" that would make it unworkable if someone else does it.

Could it be that they are not, in fact, the only ones who can split deeds?

I assume it would be buried or inherent in some of the language speaking of "right to use" vs an actual real estate ownership (and yes, I know that is totally not the correct terminology) but hopefully you know what I'm getting at.

(You would never guess I do contracting for a living, would you? LOL. But my work day is over.)

Your answer is in original deed. 6th paragraph page one.
