So, I'm relatively in experienced in pin trading but have been doing it for a few years. I went on eBay recently and saw that some El Capitan marque pins are listed for several hundred dollars. I've notched that others pins from DSF are pricy as well, what makes them so expensive? Do people buy them for these prices?

Any info you could share would be great.

The El Capitan Pins are usually for the opening day of a movie or special event and come from the Disney store next to that theatre. There are a small amount of people that live in LA who go to that location to get the pins the day they are released. Since the pin runs are also very small - the average being 150-300 - there are more people that want them than trade or sell them. Hope that helps! :thumbsup2
