Wow 2 Months and 8 weeks and I am at 109 days I so can not wait for the double digits

Not doing a thing this weekend, went shopping today(groceries-boring) and paid on our trip , 2 more payments to go and it will be paid off.

Well actually I only paid off the first part of the trip. The package part. The Poly room only can be paid anytime up until check in. So I'll get to that one later!

Probably a good idea to take care of it before you bring home the new baby. You know how your brain goes to mush when you're tending to a newborn!

We'll be leaving for the beach tomorrow, but I am bringing my new tablet. So I'll be checking in and hoping to see some pics of little Jack! I hope everything goes well.....I will be thinking of you.

The boys are so excited!! We have quite a little trip to get him, so we will all be so happy when we get home.

I almost asked you if you had found a breeder near where you lived. When we got Bella the golden we have now, we had to travel to the very northwest corner of Ct. Not sure how far in miles but it was a good 2+ hour trip. My DS took me up there and I swear he was just like a lil kid again, he was the first one to hold her once we got there. I am so excited for you guys.....have a safe trip tomorrow.

I hate to go on a trip, pay with the cc when I get there and know that the bill will be coming for it later. I'm all about paying in advance!

Hope you have a great 4th! The town that we usually go to for fireworks has cancelled this year b/c of the economy. I understand, but it's still a real bummer. It just isn't the same without the fireworks. Hopefully they will be back next year. Is your town doing them this year?

I hate to go on a trip, pay with the cc when I get there and know that the bill will be coming for it later. I'm all about paying in advance!

Rinky - I am so looking forward to everything being paid for in advance this year. We have always paid OOP for meals so even if we had our room and tix paid for we were still constantly digging in our wallets and looking at prices.

I have been slowly socking away tip money for all those meals we will be eating on the DxDP (I have been taking 10 or 20 cash back when I go grocery shopping each trip)

I haven't been to the fireworks in years DH stopped going even while the boys were young, I would take them myself, DH just does not care for the traffic or the crowds and once the boys were grown they did there own thing with there friends. I so miss the fireworks, but like I told DH yesterday when I brought up the subject of maybe going this year and he said no. I just told him well that is why I am going to Disney and it is costing us all that money to see the fireworks there

Very good point! You would think that would convince him to go. Men can be funny that way though. My DH isn't crazy about going either. But the place where the fireworks are held can quickly turn into a teenager hangout, and with that comes trouble. There's lots of VERY loud filthy music, half naked girls walking around, and the occasional argument or fight that breaks out. I admit it isn't the best environment, but I REFUSE to quit going to see the fireworks on the 4th because a bunch of hoodlums have taken it over! So we sit on the outskirts of the crowds and stay in the car. It's really a shame it has to be that way. So much has changed from when I was a kid, and I'm not that old!

I totally agree with you on the "paid in full" trip! It is so nice not to need any money except for tips.

Good morning! Happy 4th of July!

Well we made it back safe and sound. Jack was very well behaved in the car, thankfully! The kids have been having a blast playing with him. I'll have to get the pics uploaded. I think we've already taken around 40!! He didn't sleep so great last night, so we are all very tired. Hopefully tonight will go a little better.

Sorry about your fireworks being cancelled. That really stinks. Our town had them last night. We could hear them and see a little of them over the trees. We didn't go of course because of the puppy. We probably wouldn't have gone anyway. We are kind of firework snobs anymore!! Disney has spoiled us. I remember taking the kids to the fireworks here shortly after our second trip to WDW and when they started the kids were like -- where's the music? This is boring. Can we go now? I'm not sure we've gone back since!
