Late to the party as usual

Glad to hear Jo is enjoying AK, although I can not imagine AK in the rain, I know how she felt forgetting their ponchos, I have done that myself and had to shell out $ for the expensive ones at Universal.

Love the pics of the Poly, those towel elephants are adorable.

I thought the same thing as Rinky and lilmermaid when I noticed you had shorts on instead of a dress. You guys do not look hot at all in that pic.

As for changeing our dates to March, the weather will definately be better for my asthma, and have fingers crossed since we will be there before the "actual" start of spring break this time the crowds will not be quite as bad as when we went in 2009, but not too sure since TP is showing all @ 6's and 7's except for one day as a 1.

Ooooh! My pool, my village, my building, my Nemo room, what a teaser! (Well I hope that's my village anyway!) LOVE IT!! I cannot wait to see the rest and hear all about it. I will allow you exactly 49 days to post the rest of the CBR pics and tell the story that goes with it. I just have to see it all before my trip!

Great picture of you and Jo! And I am so happy to see that all those dresses got to enjoy the trip too! I was worried that you had made those poor things sit in the suitcases for 10 days!

On a more serious note... is your DH's surgery this Friday or next? Somehow I got confused on that.

They spent the evening at MK last night. Got to do lots. Had dinner at LTT. Made RD today at DHS and the rides are mostly walk-ons! Have been on TSM, RNRC, TOT, GMR, and maybe a few others....Will report more later!

Hey Shelly!

Glad you got home safely and had a wonderful trip! Too bad that we weren't able to find each other at the Poly! I looked for you lots on that Wednesday evening that you all were supposed to have arrived but didn't see you at all! I walked around a bit on Thursday too looking for you but couldn't find you then either! We left the Poly on Friday and spent our last night at AsMo! Glad you loved the Poly! I enjoyed it but I didn't feel the absolute overwhelming feeling that it was the perect match for me! I fell absolutely head over heels in love with AKL tho Weird how different people like different places eh? Hope you are able to enjoy your few quiet days at home before DHs surgery!

Yeah, you would think on a hot August day the CBR pool would be "overrun" with little kids, wouldn't you??? At least that's what I've heard... But nope, not the case at all!

Kim!! I looked for you too! I can't believe we never saw each other. We spent a ton of time at the resort. We were at the main pool Thursday and Friday afternoon. And the quiet pool Wednesday and Saturday. We walked the grounds Friday afternoon and Saturday evening. Spent Friday evening on the beach watching Wishes! Guess we should have exchanged phone numbers. What building were you in?

Loved reading your reviews of CBR and the Poly. When DH gets up from his nap gonna have him read them too. Both are resorts he has never wanted to stay at. Maybe your reviews will change his mind.

So glad Jo is having a great day at DHS. I love that park but when we were there last and it was so very very crowded I just did not enjoy it at all.

That's interesting, because I love AKL and think I will love the Poly if I ever stay there. I love hanging out and eating there...Maybe someday I'll find out for sure. I can't wait to hear more about your trip too Kim!
