Who's going to WDW in March?

We were all set to go in December when our plans changed for a good reason. My Dh got his dream job so vacation had to be postponed. Anywho, we are going in March now. The wait is so hard since I had been looking forward to a vacation sooner rather than later. Well better later than never.

March 2 through 11 for us with daughter, SIL and grandkids joining on the 5th. For now we're booked into POR on the AAA discount but I hope to get some or all of the trip at Swan or Dolphin. A March trip always makes the dreary post-holiday to Spring weeks more bearable.

March can be nice. It can also be packed!!!

spring break starts President week of Feb and goes until the middle of April (really the middle of May - but not enough to count)

March is beautiful. WDW is blooming all over. Some of their plants only blossom in March.

It is one of the prettiest month to go.

some days in the morning the pools will be a little chilly - but in the afternoon they are great!!!

We will be there March 3rd to the 13th! We are splitting our stay between the Poly and the Boardwalk Villas.

We will be there from March 12-24. Then we are also going again the following December but that is for another thread! We will be staying offsite in March at Windsor Palms (only 850 for the two weeks!). Then in December we will be staying onsite but not sure where as I don't know what the AP discount will be.

It was recommended that I go as early in March as possible to avoid the bulk of the springbreakers. I am hopeful that sense easter falls in April this year that perhaps it wont be rediculously crowded.

This will be our first March trip and you guys have said some things that make me look forward to it more and more. We also will be going the following December and nothing will stand in the way!

My husband and myself will be splitting our vacation between Disney and Universal. We are staying at POR 3/7-3/12 and RPH 3/12-3/17. We are both so excited about this trip! We had originally booked to stay at POP but I finally went ahead and change to POR, I think this resort will be more to our liking.

We will be there March 1 to 8 - trying to escape the winter cold- and it gives us something to dream about while we are freezing our buns off during Jan and Feb!!! . The waiting is the hard part, but the Dis boards keep me occupied.

We're going either March 19th-23rd OR 26th-30th. The second one is my first choice. We're going for DS3's birthday and his actual birthday is the 26th BUT our county (we live in Florida) is on Spring Break that week, so I'm a little worried about crowds. I want to get a feel for what the rest of the state is doing before we decide.

We will probably be staying at ASMovies b/c my kids will be 4 years old and 9 months old and won't care where we stay and that's my favorite value. I'm hoping there will be FR rates or Passholder rates, but if not I have some friends I can hopefully get discounts through.

I should be receiving 2006's Birnbaum tomorrow or Friday from Amazon. I am SO excited. Haven't told DS3 yet b/c I will hear about it for the next 5 months. Actually, he probably won't find out until he gets a postcard from "Mickey" (I hope from the pay it forward board).

Anyone else going late in the month?
