Whos better for pin Trading Port Or Riv. or FQ???

We stayed at Riverside and the giftshop was huge with lots of castmembers trading. Wondering about the french quarter for the next trip, does anyone have any trading stories to tell??? we started a 10 yr. old and a 5 yr old. collection there and it was a great experience. Followed by the Disney cruise, even better trading.!!! I have plenty of stocking stuffers from cheappins.com!!!

We found the CM's more than willing to trade with us everywhere. Every CM would stop and hold out their lanyard for you to see.

Please be sure you ask to see the CM's lanyard. A lot of CM's stopped wearing lanyards because guests were grabbing them.

CM's will trade with anyone as long as they have on the lanyards. We didn't find too much pin trading going on at either, but we weren't really looking for it. Why not try both? The boat ride is quite nice, and only takes about 5 minutes. The boats run every 15 minutes from 9 am until 9:30 pm. I wouldn't base my choice of resort soley on pin trading, though! We preferred PO-FQ, for its intimacy, quietness, nice pool, and great food court!

Thanks, just wondering if anyone has stayed at french quarter, because in my opinion the trading at the riverside was AWESOME!!!!Even if they were busy, we would wait and then ask nicely to see their pins. And there were alot of workers with them to trade. A CM actually traded with my 5 yr old and then went to thr=e register and put the same cast member only pin [lanyard pin] on again] he ahd so many. We are just starting out and will do one more disney trip/cruise b4 another different trip.
