We ordered them the beginning of May but they never arrived, so last Monday we phoned and they sent them out again. We got them this morning One Minnie and One Donald

What a lot of Brits are going to MNSSHP! I ordered our tix on the first of May and they arrrived a week later. I doubt your tix must have been lost.
