you broke your foot... boy, that brings back a memory. someone traveling with us was at work a few days before we were leaving. SHE dropped a sledge hammer on her toe. i won't say any names but, she has posted on this thread...

a year or two earlier her DH had to pass a kidney (?) stone about a week before a trip.. again, no names here..

LOL! I think I can probably guess who you are referring to! Nothing like having your sibling throw a wrench (or should I say sledgehammer) into your vacation plans!

I'll just be glad to get the stupid boot off of my foot! I am so sick of it. I'm back working at the photography studio for the summer and it makes it really difficult to move around to get shots of these high school seniors!

Welcome! The people on here are wonderful and know more about FW than anyone that answers the phone at WDW! I have yet to have a question (or see a question posted) that they can't answer...they're very quick too. Your 33 year reunion is going to a blast! And having family with you always makes it extra special.

Thinking of early visits to the Magic Kingdom, I recall having gone in December of 1971, but had not realized how close to the park's opening that was. My mother must have had something to do with that. She had driven cross country from New York to Disneyland in 1955.
