Whole Fish Kouzzina

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone can describe what the whole fish at Kouzzina tastes like(seasoning wise)? I am tempted to try it since I have read that many people seem to like it but, I'm worried that I won't like the way it's seasoned.

Any input appreciated.

It's very lemony with some garlic in there, too. It is roasted stuffed with wheels of lemon and parsley, and is served on top of what I think was escarole.

I can't tell you what kind of fish you might see, since it changes depending on the season on what's good and available. When I had it, it was some sort of snapper with a weird name that I cannot recall at this time. In any case, I enjoyed it immensely.

In addition to what the other posters have offered I'll just mention that the fish was very mild. DBF ordered it and it was fabulous. I will definitely order it next time!
