I've been through St. George, UT. It's in the middle of expansive nowhere. I guess it makes a big difference when you OWN all that "nowhere."

They seem like a very close knit family. It is funny to see her so nervous. I did chuckle when they made it clear they were toasting with lemonade not booze!

One thing I noticed is that JEF is the only guy who talks about Rikki over and over - not just "Yeah, we'll all be one happy family together," which some of the other guys do too. But he really visualizes things he'd DO with Rikki and mentions those things specifically. He really does include her into his thoughts about what a life with Emily AND RIKKI will be like.

It was his parents. They own something like 128 acres which butts right up to Zion National Park. The view is gorgeous.
