I have called the reservation line and must admit that I have spoken to a few not so cheerful cast members. Some people are very pleasant and seem well informed, but then it seems that I know more about current offers than other cast members. Who/what number do you suggest I call to see if I have a pin code? I called once and the person said that I have two that are not yet active. Then I called about three more times and they say I don't have any! When I do call, should I say I want to make a new reservation? I already have one booked.... just wondering what I should do once I'm on the phone and I hear that welcome from Tinker Bell (or whoever it is!)
