Hi - I'm going to get up in the morning and exercise. Do you want to join me?

Commit here and then come post that you did it. Just think how good we will feel after wards and how it will keep us going all day. I know if I don't commit I won't do it.

So - wanna join me?

I'm planning on getting up at 6am and meditate and exercise.

didn't see this last night -- but i'm committed to Wii fit this morning, here soon as a matter of fact.

Ok...didn't make 6am...but I just did 30mins of wii..and dh and I plan on walking after dinner. Plus the exercise room is almost cleared out so I can start weights and treadmill later in the week.

Ok - what is my problem. I swore I was going to do it - I was excited and really wanted to last night. This morning came and I was tired, lazy and kept hitting the snooze. :(
Bad thing is, I know what it feels like to get up and exercise. Your day is so much better, you have more energy, etc.

Didn't see this yesterday, but I did go swim this morning. Almost didn't. Was ready to leave, opened the garage door & DS19 had parked behind my car. But after a brief "guess I get to go back to bed", I woke him & went to swim for 75 min.

Good for you...taking the extra effort sometimes is so hard but you feel much better in the end

Hi guys! I'd love to join you with the morning workouts. I almost talked myself out of it this morning but this was day 2 of getting my lazy but up between 5:00 and 5:15 and working out.

It's so nice to be back on WISH again and to see so many familar faces.

Melanie - you can do it! I have had that same talk myself out of working out conversations so many days, I can't count them. Since I take a commuter train to work in the mornings I sort of do this bargain thing with myself that if I get up and exercise I can sleep on the train. Yes, I know I could sleep on the train anyway but it's a nice incentive when I'm half awake. Plus, I give myself 50 cents for every 5 minutes of exercise I do and I've "earned" $8.00 - I'm on my way to a new ipod nano!

Anyway, just wanted to join the early bird work out club and say that I'll be up and attem at 5:00 again tomorrow morning and hope you all will be too!

Just wanted to check in quickly and say that I was up at 5:00 this morning and did my 40 minute work out. Woohoo! Did anyone else get up early and work out too?

I didn't see this last night. How about tomorrow?

I'm in! I'm headed to swim at about 7 am once I get everyone out of the house. then the glass co will come between 9 - noon to put a new window in DS19s 1976 corvette. And I have WW at 10. Busy morning!!

Ok- I'll try again!!!!!! I'm such a slug in the morning. Its so cold, and its so warm and I just love sleeping. You wouldn't know it cuz I also like to stay up late. I'm a late nighter and I love sleeping in.

Tomorrow is WI, it would be a good day to get up and work out before I WI.

Can I join? Can I join? DH and I just had a conversation this afternoon that after we take the Christmas tree out of the living room and move a love seat out of the way that we're going to put the treadmill and the elliptical right there in the living room so that it's staring at us every day. We plan to get up at 6 and work out before getting the kids off for school and going to work. We're severely overweight and we've got to start somewhere. We've got a wii fit but we have really neglected it. Need to get that out too. So.... lets help each other stay committed! :)
