I'm planning on doing the college program too when I get to that age. I know people who have done it and they have said how totally awesome it is. I think it would be so fun to be either a ride operator, a character, or the person who goes with the characters so I could get to watch the kids' interactions with the characters which are always magical and priceless

Tony Baxter is often in Disneyland checking things out, and guests approach him (when they know who he is).

I know it's not quite the same.. but still.
