Who uses taxi's?

My DF and I use taxi's often, when leaving the parks after fireworks or going to/leaving PI or Jellyrolls. I know alot of people don't like to spend extra money where they don't have to, but leaving a park after a fireworks show and seeing the lines waiting for a busses back to the resorts, it makes sense to me to spend the money(usually $8-$15 not counting tip) to avoid all this and hop in a cab. We also like hearing the stories of the taxi drivers, where they come from, how long they've been here, how much they pay to work at Disney.

We've taken a cab upon occassion when leaving Epcot after Illuminations (before we began staying at BCV), leaving our resort for another resort for dinner, or to get to an early morning tour like the 7:30 am Train tour at MK or the Backstage Safari at AK. The rest of the time we take Disney transportation, which we find convenient and worry-free.
