Who to tell my story to?

You guys have all the info...

I just drafted a letter complementing the GM of the Pepper Market. I am so thankful for the way she and her staff handled everything. Where should I send the letter? Disney Executive offices? CSR GM? Is there a separate "chain of command" or reporting structure for food services? Does anyone have the addresses for any of these?
