I am renting 2 studios at OKW through David's Vacation Club Rental for our upcoming vacation. Our flight gets in very late on Sunday night and I was wondering what to do if there is a problem with the rooms that are assigned to us and who we should contact. Does Disney do the room assignments or is this done by DVC? Do I talk to the front desk at OKW or do I call someone else? I have never done this before and am a little confused about how it works.
 
Generally after a check in, any room issues would be handled by the front desk. And I'd recommend speaking to someone in person as the phones go to a call center.
 
Any issues once checked on are the same as with other stays.
 

Yes you can and you can enter the time you will arrive.

You also mention issues with room assignments. If you had requests those need to go through the owner via Davids. Just like cash rooms, those are not guaranteed.

Not sure what category you booked, but be aware that the buildings close to the main buildings are a booking category so your reservation will show that. If it doesn’t, then you will be in the other sections.
