Who to Contact to make a suggestion about Vero Beach Resort

We just returned from VB. My DH and I had a wonderful time walking on the beach and enjoying the pool.

I have never had a complaint about a Disney resort before but the music loop at the pool drove me crazy! Don't get me wrong the songs themselves were fine but the loop was about 4-5 hours long and continued over and over all week. I can't get "Montego Bay" out of my head and if I hear "I Think I Love You" one more time, I think I'll scream. There is alot of great music out there and I think they could come up with a longer play list.

Does anyone know who I can send this suggestion to?

I'd bet the pool staff has already complained numerous times! :lmao:
 

By all means, send an e-mail. A simple inexpensive suggestion such as this is a good idea. Customer feedback is a great means for quality improvement within any organization. Not at all a waste of time.
 
I sent an email via the dvcmember website. The response said I should hear something about my comment in a few days. I will post what I hear. Thanks.
 
By the way, ask them to get rid of "Beach Party Tonight" from the TL loop near the kids' slide by the wave pool. I love Annette, but my son hates that song.;)
