Who to call about PIN number for $500 GCs?

The last time we got the gift card we got a pin in the mail. This time no pin in the mail and the phone number on the cards is 100% auto-mated with no way to get a real person.

Those who have activated, how did you activate the cards?

If it was delivered recently it probably doesn't need a pin. Just go on the website listed on the back of the card and check the balance. It's probably already activated.

you have to have a pin to check balances(both online and phone). The last time I didnt' write down the pin so I could never check what the balance was at all. But this time I don't even a have a pin to start with.

Just so we're on the same page -- is this the Disney giftcard, or the prepaid Visa? If it's the Disney card you should be able to call the toll-free number (1.877.650.4327) and check the balance. I was able to do this just using the numbers on the card. Is there a silver spot on the back that needs to be scratched off to obtain additional numbers? Who knows -- maybe there are different types of giftcards being sent out. Good luck!

Ahhhh...everything is so much clearer now!

Call 1-866-268-9104 . You will need to verify some things, but they activated mine with no problem.

My pin letter came about 4 days after the prepaid Visa cards. I got two Visa cards and the same pin worked for both of them. My pin letter states to call 407-566-3877 if there are any questions.
