Who qualifies as a child for ABD pricing?

I'm not seeing an answer to this question. What is the age limit to be considered a kid for ABD trips?

According to ABD's website (and it is rather hidden way at the bottom of the Rates & Dates tabs on each destination):

The child rate applies to Guests under 12 at the time of travel when accompanied by an adult in the same room.
