Who pays dues if Disney buys contract back?

Thanks for all of the wonderful information I have learned on this thread! I am now actively pursuing resale contracts , and have a question.

If in my offer I request that the seller pays the 2012 dues, and Disney ROFR's the contract, is the seller on the hook for those dues? Or if the buyer offers to reimburse the dues, would Disney also reimburse them?

Disney assumes the buyer's position in any contract it ROFRs. So if the buyer was paying the 2012 MFs, then Disney would pay them after ROFR.

i'd agree - nothing should change related to the contract. disney just accepts the terms that the original buyer set up.
