Does anyone use anything that can keep the frizz down in the dead of summer humidity?

I use John Freida cream, but I still get the frizzies.

John Freida didn't work for me, either. I've got really curly hair and when the humidity hits--watch out!

One product that works great for me is L'Oreal's Anti-Frizz. It's not heavy or sticky and keeps the frizz under control and doesn't weigh down the curls. I love it. I keep several bottles on reserve at all times!

I'm using Matrix and it works for me. Lots of curls but no frizz. And yes I want the curls. My daughters won't use it for that reason. They don't want the curls.

Bed Head after party.

I try not to blow dry every day because that only makes it worse, LOL. When I DO blow dry, I do it in layers. Go spend $20 and get your hair blown out at a salon and pay very close attention to how they do it. You have to go to a good salon though. I can now get my hair to lay flat and smooth just like my stylist does it. It takes me quite a long time though. I only do it for special occasions.

Also, do not pull your hair into a tight ponytail, especially when wet, you can damage your hair which will only make the frizzies worse. Use those alligator clip things and put it up loosely if you want it up.

My hair is THICK, DRY and extremely frizzy so I feel your pain. I HATE the humidty, I look like a freak, LOL.

They have a shampoo and conditioner that works great,
I use it together with their "secret weapon" hair cream.

(Yes, it is actually called secret weapon)

My hairdresser recommends using a pick, not a brush-

Wow great tips. I have natural curly hair and I hate the frizz :(

I use Pantene curl shaper anit-frizz creme and gel. On cooler non-humid days I just use the curl gel. I never blow dry my hair and I always use a pic rather than a brush.
