Who made these autograph pages?

Can someone please tell me who disigned these amazing pages?? I found them in my Artscow folder that I uploaded a long time ago and can't remember where I found them.

Looks very similar to donatalie's vol 1 though not exact. Someone may have added those to go with hers as Flynn and Rapunzel are newer and Natalie originally did them in 2008. The autograph pages are Natalie's ,I think someone has taken them and layered them on top of wallpapers.
