Who listens to Disney theme park music?

i listen to all 3 disney CDs i have of movie music and park music...and listen to Subsonic Disney 3 days a week at least at work!

I downloaded all the music from WDW from resort music, to park music you hear outside, to rides music / dialogue, pre-show music from shows like fantasmic and IllumiNations, and even have que line music from the rides, and all the shows and yes even the monorail spiels and the resort channel (music and spiels) you watch in your resort room and I listen to them everyday and never get sick of it. I dont see it ruining the magic. I actually think it makes me more excited to go to Disney then anything.


But I still don't know how to download, or where to get the downloads for these theme park loops, lesser available tracks, etc. Anyone know? I need them now!!!!!! I miss the parks.

Last year there was a thread where everyone was sharing disney music. I downloaded everything from that thread.

I don't know how anyone doesn't listen to Disney park music... It gets me soooooo excited about our next trip!! But not only that, it also enhances our memories of trips. When you're in the parks, there's usually so much going on and so much excitement, it's hard to appreciate the musical atmosphere around you. I can listen to one of the WDW stations, relieve a trip in my head, and soak up the music from the park that goes with whatever ride/attraction/show I'm daydreaming about.

I'm very lucky in that as my job as Office Manager for a really small company, I'm usually the only one here while I do all my computer work and paperwork and whatnot. So all the while I'm doing all that, I have Live365 up. It's awesome! And the $5 or $6 a month for VIP is worth every penny. WAY better quality sound, special VIP-only channels, and no ads. Gotta love it.

i bought the Park Music CD when I was there in October 2007. I loaded all of the park music onto my iPod and listen to it everyday! We like being able to hum along when we visit the parks!

I am so pathetic that I once paid $30 for a CD just to get the Soarin' music! DH listens to Fantasmic constantly, and we both love Illuminations and Tapestry of Nations. We also have the Candlelight Processional CD and various CDs of other park music like CoP (both themes) and the original Journey Into Imagination. I feel like a total Disney geek with all the music I have on my iPod. We even sometimes listen to it in the car driving to the theme parks to listen to it live!

Not legitimately, AFAIK. There may be places where you could illegally download park music, but for legal reasons the DIS can't allow anyone to post them here.

I too have Subsonic at home and Live 365 at work. I only play it on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I don't think I can get burned out but I don't want to chance it either.

I listen to Utilidors Audio Broadcasting (uabmagic.com) EVERY day at work and i love it! You can request songs and such but I just like listening to what they play. They have a huge playlist. My DH makes fun of me saying I'm ruining my anticipation, but it makes me more excited and keeps me in the disney mood. That in turn, makes me more relaxed and easy going. Call me a weirdo but this music does something special to me!

I am so glad to see that someone else is "changed" by the music also. I am an accountant and when it is time (like now) to close the month for example, I love being able to listen to LIVE 365 etc while I am working away. They might fire me if I "whistle while I work"! But it does help me stay relaxed and takes me to my happy place - like someone else posted

So where do these stations get the music from????? I'm surprised Disney allows it. Unless the stations have to shell out major royalties.
