~!Who knew you could relax in Disney?~Mother/Daughter Tr~5/2 May Trip Plans Days 5-8

Nah, it wasn't as bad as it sounds.
She stepped in (onto the ledge where the water flows into the filters).
As she was about mid-way into her next step, I reached out and grabbed her.
Her shoes and socks were soaked and we were dumbfounded at her cluelessness but it wasn't too bad.
Although I just gave away one of the stories from my TR.
Oh well - what better way to kick off a friend's TR?

Thanks for filling us in! I knew she was alright but I still had visions of her going under, even briefly, and was totally stressing! I almost drowned in a neighbor's pool when I was about her age so I'm still very nervous about things like that!

The wet shoes and socks could not have been fun though!

Yeah, it was interesting and hopefully it taught her a lesson about paying attention to where you are going!

I loved arriving there even if it was raining!

No we had the actual card game we aren't that high tech We did play a movie quiz game on the Ipad that had a lot of disney movie questions and was free!

Caitlin got a kick out of watching the safety video on tv and then she found some cartoons (yes she really is 20!)

Great start! The pictures are beautiful, I have never been there so I am anxious to hear your reviews. And a 3.5 hr plane ride? WHY??? That was an hour too long. Florida is about the only plane ride I can sit still for. lol No trips to Hawaii for me. (as if I could go anyways!! lol)

We got so lucky with the weather! I was prepared for a shower everyday and it was sunny with blue skies all week!

Yay! You are finally at Disney! I haven't stayed at Boardwalk before but I have walked through it. I loved staying at BC, though. The smell as you walk in... Sorry to hear that the matching outfits didn't work out for arrival day. But that's okay, because you were at Disney!

I'm enjoying the pictutures fo the Boardwalk. Out of all the places I've stayed at Disney, Boardwalk is my favorite. Looking forward to more.

We were extremely lucky with how great the weather was! I expected daily showers and we each packed an umbrella and I had 2 ponchos for each of us! The only time any of it got used was when we rode Splash Mountain
