Who is usually at these character meals?

or who was at yours? (working on final pages of daughter's autograph book and want to make sure I have most of the possible characters we will see)

-The Mary Poppins Breakfast at 1900
- The Alice in Wonderland Tea Party also at 1900
- Donald's safari breakfast
- Ohana Breakfast


Also we are going to CRT, and park wise we will be in MK, AK, and HS (we're not doing epcot this time) just in general is there a chance we will run into Pocahontas or Mulan at either of these places?

1900 breakfast: Mary Poppins, Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh, Tigger

Ohana breakfast: Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, Pluto

Tusker House breakfast: Donald, Daisy, Mickey, Goofy

Alice in Wonderland Tea Party: Alice & Mad Hatter

Pocahontas can be found at Rafiki's Planet Watch in AK, sometimes at other areas in AK (like Oasis or Camp Minnie/Mickey), she is also sometimes found in DHS (in Animation Building).

The only place I know where Mulan appears is at China in Epcot.

Unlikely, but not impossible that Pocahontas or Mulan could appear at CRT as the princesses are not guaranteed and rotate on occasion.
