Last week I booked (2) 2 BRs in Kidani with a Savannah view for a grand gathering of 15 people!

In 2009, we will be staying in a 2 BR SV view June 1 - 6th and then (hopefully) moving over to a 1 BR at BCV for June 6 - 11th.

Great Thread!! We just decided today that we are going to buy into DVC in the next couple weeks. We have been to Doorway to Dreams in Schuamburg,IL many times and also did the one in WDW, but today we watched the DVC special on the Travel Channel and just decided it is time and we need to do it. I am so excited!! We plan to stay at the AKV in June in a 1 bedroom!! I am so excited!! Also, if anyone has pictures of the AKV or the rooms currently in the AKL I would love to see them!! Just PM me the link please!! Thanks so much!!

We've got to use our developer points first so it looks like we won't be staying at Kidani til november 2010, sigh! I would love to book november 09 but would have to skip 2010 if we did. The good news is there probably won't be much construction to speak of when we get there! I can't wait to hear about Kidani from all of you 09 visitors!!

We will be in Kidani in a one bedroom in December 2009 for the 2 nights after our DCL cruise, hopefully. Sat and Sun Dec 12 and 13. We'll still do VWL for the nights before the cruise.

We'll be there too. June 2009 celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary with friends and our kids. We booked a dedicated 2 bedroom SV.

DH and I were just in WDW for free dining and added 1 night to our stay at Jambo house. We stayed in a studio SV and fell in LOVE with AKV! The room was awesome, the view of the savannah was gorgeous and the pool was warm and inviting. We loved everything about this resort and are so looking forward to our stay here next June.

Not in 2009, but plan to stay at Kidani September 2010. I turn the big 60 on Sept. 27, 2010 and I've already told DW for my birthday I want to spend that week at Kidani and spend my birthday at MK followed by dinner at Boma. I figured I threw her a big party for her 60th birthday, is MK too much to ask for mine .

He finally said YES!!!! and we own at AKL. We booked at AKL 6/26/09-6/29/09 and the first 3 days at SSR using our incentive leftover points. I can't wait to see it!!!!
