Who is losing their yearly streak on cruising with DCL?

We were on a NYE DCL cruise, and got off in January, so I will count that. In February we did a Princess cruise, and I snorkeled in Virgin Islands. We had 4 DCL cruises cancelled this year. We have 4 DCL cruises booked for 2021, 1 Princess cruise. Who knows how many of those will happen?

ah... what I won't give to be snorkeling in the Virgin Islands right now... 🐟🌴🌺🏝

We normally cruise over Christmas, but last year we moved it a week later and sailed over NYE, so I was on the Wonder to ring in this year. I count that as my only 2020 cruise, because we cancelled Christmas this year before PIF (which was cancelled anyway).

We are scheduled for the holidays again in 2021, and while I always thought that was likely to go, I am now thinking it may be a better and more normal experience now than I had expected.

Wonder NYE is the one we were on too!

We've only been sailing since 2011, but didn't sail in 2015... we did take a cruise in late January before lockdown so I guess I have a paltry four year streak so far. We also have one scheduled for November of next year - fingers crossed.

I never thought in a million years we would go without a Disney Cruise for a whole year, but here we are. :wave2: Our last cruise was October 17, 2019 Halloween on the high seas. I’m so glad it was an awesome cruise and we have the memories to keep us going thru this wacky year. On to 2021!!!!! Fingers crossed!

Lost my 8 years streak... 🥺 I had an Alaska cruise booked for August. Next year, hopefully.

While our yearly streak with DCL went on break in 2017, we were lucky enough to keep our 13 year cruising streak going with a cruise that left super bowl weekend. We are booked late 2021 and early 2022 to hopefully keep years 14 and 15 intact.

2010 was the only year in the last 20 that we hadn't cruised (not all DCL). Missed 2020 because we decided to go to Aulani instead of our usual Feb cruise. That kept our Disney vacation "streak" in tact though. Booked for Feb 2021 on the Wonder, but planning to move that out to Feb 2022 and hopefully keep our onboard booking credit, etc. Pondering going to WDW in Feb. instead.
